2.4 winboxh5 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Player at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) winboxh5 account only. Multiple accounts for the same individual, identified by matching identity documents, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or any combination thereof, are strictly prohibited. winboxh5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings arising from duplicate accounts.
3.2 Registration Accuracy. Players must provide their legal name, a valid and accessible email address, and a Malaysian mobile number at registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles winboxh5 to close the account immediately.
3.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. winboxh5 will never request your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to winboxh5 support immediately. winboxh5 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. winboxh5 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation — including but not limited to a copy of the Player's Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or as part of an account review. Accounts under KYC review may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure. A Player may request closure of their winboxh5 account at any time by contacting customer support. winboxh5 will process such requests within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable processing.

4.1 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the winboxh5 deposit page. winboxh5 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits under the same registered account. winboxh5 applies withdrawal verification procedures to protect against money laundering and fraud. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Refused Transactions. winboxh5 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is subject to reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, winboxh5 may request additional verification documentation before processing proceeds.
4.5 Player Funds. Player balances held in winboxh5 accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from winboxh5 operational funds. winboxh5 does not pay interest on Player balances.
5.1 winboxh5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to any given bonus are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. winboxh5 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Certain promotions may impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. winboxh5 may withhold any amount exceeding the cap.
5.5 winboxh5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a Player has opted in, where winboxh5 reasonably suspects that the promotion is being misused or where continued operation of the promotion presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
6.1 All bets placed on the winboxh5 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.
6.2 Sportsbook. Bets on the winboxh5 sportsbook are settled in accordance with the applicable market rules at the time the market was offered. In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error resulting in a bet being placed at manifestly incorrect odds, winboxh5 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
6.3 Casino & Live Dealer. The outcome of all winboxh5 casino games — whether RNG-based or live dealer — is final once the round is completed and the result confirmed. No claim of software malfunction will be entertained after a result has been settled unless supported by documented technical evidence submitted to winboxh5 support within 24 hours of the event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winboxh5 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
winboxh5 employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 winboxh5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where winboxh5 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the account is being used in a manner that presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance; or (d) winboxh5 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority.
8.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held and will not be accessible until the investigation is resolved. winboxh5 will endeavour to complete investigations within thirty (30) calendar days.
8.3 Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, winboxh5 reserves the right to void all pending and settled winnings derived during the period of breach. Verified deposits (net of any bonus funds) may be returned at winboxh5's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation.
9.1 All content on the winboxh5 Platform, including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of winboxh5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winboxh5 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of funds resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security; (c) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; or (d) any technical fault or outage affecting gameplay or bet settlement.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit winboxh5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 winboxh5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a winboxh5 account, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which winboxh5 is licensed.
